COVID-19 Manufacturer Updates

What’s up with our lines during the craziness of COVID-19?

Thanks for checking in on our manufacturers! We all really appreciate your support and we want to be there for you. Here’s what we know as of Thursday, April 2nd at 10:00 am. Please reach out to us directly with questions.

Enwork:  Michigan has been instructed to work from home through April 14th. Manufacturing is working to process essential orders. Please let us know directly if you have an order that falls into an essential sector. Non-essential, in-house orders will be pushed out by approximately three weeks. Customer Service is working remotely, and orders are being accepted.

Halcon: Minnesota has been instructed to work from home through April 10th. Manufacturing is working to process essential orders. Please let us know directly if you have an order that falls into an essential sector. Non-essential, in-house orders will be pushed out by approximately two weeks. Customer Service is working remotely, and orders are being accepted.

HBF/HBF Textiles: Due to the rapidly escalating response to the pandemic and our steadfast concern for their members’ safety, effective Friday, April 3rd through Sunday, April 26th, HBF + HBF TEXTILES will temporarily close operations. They anticipate reopening their facilities on Monday, April 27th. Please enter any essential textile orders by noon on April 2nd.

Magnuson Group:  MG has resumed warehouse operations on 3/30 with proper precautions in place. Customer service is continuing to work from home. They will continue to stay in contact about lead times and ship dates.

SitOnIt Seating/Ideon/Symmetry:  Manufacturing for essential orders will commence on Wednesday, March 25th.  Action is required.

  • All orders in house will need to be designated as essential or non-essential via the portal by clicking on the COVID-19 link for each order. Instructions are attached with more details.
  • All new orders will need to be designated as essential or non-essential and use these same directions through the portal.

Stylex:  As of end of business today, Friday, March 27th, Stylex will suspend manufacturing. They are hoping to resume full production on April 20. Customer Service is working remotely, and orders are being accepted.

Three H:  Three-h has decided to stop production during this critical time until April 14th. This will put lead times at 6 weeks. The office will continue to remain open for quotes and orders.

All manufacturer’s customer service teams are operating as normal and accepting orders.
